Adventure Outdoors Network | Lake Tahoe TV is looking for a Live Show Director to join our production team in Lake Tahoe. This is a hands-on, behind-the-scenes position helping bring our live morning show, Tahoe Today, to life each day. 

As Live Show Director, you’ll work closely with our hosts and production team to make sure each show is prepared, looks great, and runs smoothly from start to finish.

• Responsibilities include:
• Direct and help run the live Tahoe Today morning show.
• Prepare daily show elements, videos, graphics, and host stories for broadcast.
• Work closely with hosts and the production team before and during the live show.
• Update and edit daily weather graphics, alerts, and other on-air elements.
• Prepare and export content for social media and digital platforms.
• Set up cameras, microphones, lighting, and other equipment for studio and recorded interviews.
• Assist with recording and editing interviews, stories, promotional content, and other video projects.
• Organize footage and media for broadcast and digital use.
• Troubleshoot basic production and equipment issues.
• Help keep a fast-moving daily production organized, on schedule, and ready to air.

The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, technically comfortable, and able to stay organized while juggling multiple responsibilities. 

Experience with live television, video production, Adobe Premiere Pro, graphics, cameras, audio, or broadcast equipment is a plus.
