Cynthia "Cindie" Dalton

I have been with Lake Tahoe Television since January 2018.

In my current role as Inside Sales and Social Media Manager, I directly support our Station Manager, Pete Loughlin. This includes creating and promoting social media campaigns, tracking social media metrics, sales, and client support, scheduling interviews for all of our shows and programming, on-air host training, on-air host of Tahoe Tonight and pre-recorded interviews, “Watch & Win” prize and winner tracking, and work with our team to ensure the growth of viewership through multiple media outlets. I am also the resident keeper of the most well-charged batteries in the office. Don’t let me catch you stealing my batteries!

Before joining the team at Lake Tahoe Television, I worked in the securities industry for a major financial institution as the Regional Operations and Compliance Manager for the greater Los Angeles area. It was a challenging but very rewarding job, and it was a special privilege to work with numerous financial regulatory agencies. I worked in that industry for over 25 years before retiring to the beautiful Sierra Nevada. 

My life joys are my grandsons, Micah and William, and two new grandsons, who will arrive in the spring of 2023. My husband, Michael, and I are the proud parents of three grown sons and enjoy spending time with them, their wives, and their families. Teaching our sons and now our grandchildren the joy of enjoying and living the outdoor lifestyle is an ongoing goal. There’s nothing like getting the “littles” up on skis or a snowboard for the first time!

During my leisure time, my husband and I enjoy traveling the world. We have traveled from Singapore to Barcelona and then some. On my days off, I enjoy outdoor activities, with and without our four-legged babies, Maya Rose, Mr. Brinkley, and Gidget. This includes skiing, hiking, boating, kayaking, and everything “Lake Tahoe” and The Sierra Nevada offers.
